Why did you go into business? 

It was likely to make a difference where you saw change was needed, NOT to spend all day every day doing the menial tasks that are important to making a business thrive.

... And that is why this business got started. We (Andie and Meredith) learned very early in our entrepreneurial lives that there were a ton of tasks we didn’t want to do every day, nor did we want to have to be tied to constantly checking up on them. 

So we went out and found a team of STELLAR (and slightly quirky) people who excel in the specialized recurring tasks that were not best suited for us as leaders. We had them build out systems of best practices, then found the next thing we could have them build a system around.

Several years and a million lessons later, we believe others can benefit from what we have built… an amazing team of fractional employees who DOMINATE in their fields.
